HMC provides total customer satisfaction. We believe
the best way to accomplish this is to provide training,
technical support, and applications support for as long
as a customer owns a product. This extended support
is offered at no additional charge to the customers.
Our approach to total customer satisfaction allows us
to stay in close contact with the customer to make sure
the customer needs are met or exceeded.
Training
Customers are provided training at time of installation
of the product. Further training can be requested at
any time during the life of the product and we will
provide this additional training on a coordinated schedule
basis.
Technical Support
While many technical questions concerning a product
are covered in the technical manuals, it is often much
faster for a customer to contact us for assistance.
Most often a solution is rapidly provided via mobile
telephone.
Applications Support
Often a customer's testing requirements change when
an unexpected new application develops. HMC can be contacted
to assist in instrument-specific requirements. Often,
no additional hardware or software is required.
